Definition (Detectable)

Let $A\in M_{n}(\mathbb{R}),C\in M_{p\times n}(\mathbb{R})$. Then $(C,A)$ is called detectable $\bar{A}_{22}$ in its Observability Normal Form is Hurwitz or $\bar{A}_{22}$ does not exist.
