If $\mathscr{l}\in\mathbb{F}[x]$ is an irreducible polynomial and $\mathscr{l}|ab$ then either $\mathscr{l}|a$ or $\mathscr{l}|b$.

Analogue to If a Prime divides ab it divides one of a or b.
