Let X=RX=\mathbb{R}, then T={AR:aA,ϵ>0 s.t. (aϵ,a+ϵ)A}\mathscr{T}=\{ A \subset \mathbb{R}:\forall a\in A ,\,\exists\epsilon>0 \ s.t.\ (a-\epsilon,a+\epsilon)\subseteq A\} is called the Euclidean Topology on R\mathbb{R}.
