An information structure $\underline{\eta}$ is dynamic if the information available to at least one decision maker is affected by at least one other decision makers in addition to elements of nature, $\omega\in\Omega$.

A sequential team problem is dynamic if the information available to at least one DM is affected by the action of at least one other DM.
